REWIND, PAUSE…PLAY!

Here is a story, I narrate,

Sure of which I am, many of you relate.

        Fondly I remember, of a childhood I had,

            Where we had cognitive development, sans an IPad.

Psychomotor skills, were developed naturally,

Sadly which are now, imposed forcefully.

            

Peaceful and calm, were our composure,

           Contrary to what we face today, constant pressure.

Memories were recorded, in diary and slambook,

As opposed to today, where we store them on Facebook.

          

 There is a huge difference, between now and then,

           The present day, that’s losing connection with pen.

Carefree were those days, happy too,

A story which could be unbelievable, to the generation new.
